Welcome to the Upwey Tool Library! 

The UTG Tool Library offers Upwey and surrounds residents, over the age of 18, and community groups, an opportunity to share & borrow hand tools, power tools, garden tools, ladders, etc. for use on their own & community projects. It will be operated as a not-for-profit, membership based group, run by volunteers from the community, based in the local community & for the local community. It is based in the concept of the sharing economy.
